Meaghan Arnold is the founder and owner of Speech Swallowing & Neurological Rehabilitation. She specializes in adult and geriatric speech-language pathology, with advanced training in swallowing disorders, aphasia, and cognitive-linguistic impairments related to neurological disease.
Meaghan is passionate about patient advocacy, education, and providing comprehensive, evidence-based care without the limitations of hospital systems. She is deeply committed to guiding patients and families through complex medical journeys with clarity, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Lizbeth Barboza Meza is licensed in the state of Texas and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
Lizbeth brings experience across pediatric outpatient, inpatient rehabilitation, Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC), and adult/geriatric outpatient settings. Her clinical interests include:
- Bilingual (Spanish) and culturally responsive services
- Dysphagia management across the lifespan
- Cognitive rehabilitation following stroke (CVA), traumatic brain injury (TBI), and neurodegenerative disorders
- Aphasia and neurogenic communication disorders
Lizbeth is a certified provider of the Ampcare Effective Swallow Protocol (ESP) and SPEAK OUT!® by the Parkinson Voice Project, and she holds clinical competency in Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES).

Bailey Smith earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Oklahoma State University and is currently completing her Clinical Fellowship toward her Certificate of Clinical Competence through ASHA.
Her clinical interests include:
- Voice disorders
- Post-stroke language intervention
- Incorporating patients’ personal interests into meaningful, functional therapy activities
Bailey is a certified SPEAK OUT!® provider, an Ampcare ESP provider, and has completed FEES competency training. She is especially passionate about helping patients feel engaged, motivated, and confident throughout their therapy journey.

MacKenzie Bradley received her Bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and her Master’s degree from The University of Akron. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and is licensed in the state of Texas.
Her clinical interests include:
- Adult voice disorders (dysphonia)
- Cognitive-linguistic recovery following traumatic brain injury and stroke
- Supporting long-term participation and quality of life for individuals with neurological and degenerative conditions
MacKenzie is a certified provider of the Ampcare Effective Swallow Protocol, SPEAK OUT!® Therapy Program, and has completed FEES competency training. Her approach centers on helping individuals maintain independence and engagement in daily life.
Administrative Support
Meet Dania Muñoz
Office Manager
Dania serves as SSNR’s Office Manager and insurance and billing specialist. She coordinates scheduling, manages insurance questions, and facilitates communication with physicians’ offices.
Dania is often the first point of contact for patients and families and plays a vital role in ensuring care is accessible, organized, and as stress-free as possible.
