Tether enables users to access the internet on a desktop or laptop via their phone's data connection. There's no need to purchase a separate plan for tethering when using this solution. Users achieve connectivity by installing a virtual network adapter on their computer, a process supported seamlessly by the software. Installation involves setting up the software on both the Android device and the computer. In the absence of an existing internet connection on the computer, the Android software can assist in transferring the necessary PC software.

Windows users should install an additional USB/ADB driver for their phone, for which instructions are provided during setup. Once the phone is connected to the PC via USB and the app is activated, the user can access the internet.

For troubleshooting, users should consider disabling firewalls and antivirus software, making sure no existing internet connections are active, and using an OEM USB data cable. Support is available for users needing help, with detailed information from the software's log being useful.

The app offers a 14-day trial period with full access, which is followed by a data usage limit of 20MB per day unless the Premium version is purchased. Upgrading ensures continuous service and supports the app's ongoing development.

To maximize connection speeds, it is recommended to disconnect any non-essential USB devices, as speeds can be impacted by other slower peripherals. The software takes potential conflicts with other applications on both Windows and Mac platforms into account, giving users information to ensure smooth operation.
