Welcome to Play NES & SNES (playnes.org). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using this service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority where you live).

1. Service

Play NES & SNES provides browser-based retro games, member cloud saves, multi-device sync, and related site features as a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation. The service is provided “as is” without warranty.

Premium is a membership / cloud storage subscription fulfilled by us. We do not sell ROMs, game downloads, or third-party game licenses through checkout.

2. Membership & Billing

  • Guest players can use browser-local saves on the current device.
  • Premium membership unlocks cloud save slots, multi-device sync, and ad-free play where offered.
  • Plans may be monthly, yearly, or lifetime (one-time), as shown on Pricing.
  • Membership checkout is via PayPal.Me. Pay the exact amount, put the order number in the PayPal note, then tap “I have paid” on Pricing. We activate Premium after confirming the transfer. We do not process cards on this site.
  • Monthly and yearly PayPal.Me memberships are recurring until you cancel by emailing [email protected] from your registered address. Lifetime is a one-time payment.

3. Cancellation

  • Cancel from your account / membership settings when available, or email [email protected] from your registered address.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the paid period already purchased.
  • Lifetime (one-time) purchases are not recurring and do not auto-renew.

4. Refunds

Because digital membership access is delivered immediately, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or in cases such as duplicate charges, verified prolonged outages caused by us, or a first-time purchase refund window we publish on Pricing / checkout. Email [email protected] with your account email and order ID to request a review.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not abuse the service, interfere with gameplay, bypass access controls, upload or distribute unlawful or infringing content, or use the site for prohibited categories listed in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the AUP.

6. Copyright

You may only load or use content you own or are authorized to use. The Upload ROM tool processes selected files locally in your browser; it does not upload, store, or distribute them. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

7. Billing disputes

Before filing a chargeback, contact us at [email protected]. We aim to reply within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page (and emailed when practicable) before they take effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
