Diversity, equity, and inclusion are American ideals. DEI is about acknowledging flaws but building towards a better future. Equity makes it fair, diversity makes it fun, and inclusion is kind. I'm appalled by state bills in TX, KS, MT and FL that effectively seek to ban DEI.

New paper! For years, I saw people often split up root samples that were too big to fit in a scan. But, there was no standard way to combine the data back. We solve this issue with two methods, image concatenation and statistical aggregation @RhizoVision nph.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/np…
