    payjoin-1.0 shipped this week 3 years after it was named @payjoindevkit. 29 people wrote the code that went into it from 0.24, a majority of them being volunteers. Here's what they shipped. Full list in the release notes:

    Bitcoin privacy wins have empirically come from interactive protocols like coinjoin, lightning, and ecash. Payjoin is the base case interaction that works in a normal payment flow. 2 parties, 1 interaction. That's why I bet it's got the highest odds to evolve into a lasting fix.
