Hi @mnriem, thank you again for reviewing and merging the v0.1.1 catalog update in #3727 and PR #3729, and the related Intake Authoring v0.3.0 update in #3780 and PR #3788.

This compatible v0.2.0 update reviews the language-aware schema-2.0 requirements collections introduced by Intake Authoring v0.3.0 before Spec Kit execution.

• Validates the project-declared BCP-47 documentation language independently of implementation language and operating-system locale.
• Validates naming profiles, portable artifact roles, resolved paths, active inventory, canonical requirements index, hashes, receipts, references, and exactly one eligible candidate.
• Rejects invalid language, role or path drift, incomplete inventory, stale hashes, empty manifests, stale references, and multiple eligible candidates before semantic readiness can be reported.
• Retains the schema-1.1 Series request binding with normalized SHA-256, explicit roots, exact target ordering, complete predecessor coverage, edge integrity, and acyclicity.
• Preserves compatible Single and Campaign validation and the existing optional policy gate.
• Reviews audience, prior knowledge, first-use explanations, language and readability, and text-first dependencies, status, decisions, and next actions without making project choices itself.
• Keeps review and status read-only. Repair still requires explicit mutation authority; acceptance grants no Specify, Autonomous, commit, push, PR, merge, provider, or administrative authority.
• Remains optional at priority 65 and composes with Intake Authoring v0.3.0 at 64, Intake Sequencing v0.2.2 at 66, Autonomous Run v0.3.3 at 70, and Parallel Autonomous Run v0.2.4 at 80.
• Provides 8 templates, 3 commands, and 4 Bash/PowerShell validators.
• Bash and PowerShell passed strict UTF-8, LF/CRLF normalization, request/result identity, graph, language, path, inventory, hash, eligibility, risk-ownership, and negative-drift fixtures with equivalent outcomes.
• A 66-target, 64-edge Series field observation demonstrated a request error that v0.1.0 could not reject; v0.2.0 makes that accepted-evidence class structurally invalid.
• A Spec Kit 0.12.11 project passed add, list, info, resolve, disable/enable, remove/reinstall, and command uniqueness with all eleven stacked presets.
• Separate Codex, Claude, Copilot Skills, and Antigravity projects each resolved exactly one surface for all three commands.
• TuiVision and Secure CaseTracker field validations demonstrated deterministic governance-drift detection and Container-First campaign-gate enforcement without modifying the reviewed targets.

Maintainer feedback on the schema-2.0 collection contract, learner-facing review dimensions, metadata, and suitability for the community catalog would be appreciated. The preset remains opt-in and does not claim organizational requirements certification.
