Control how your information is used.
We hold publicly available business contact information, and you can ask us to delete it, correct it, show it to you, or stop selling and sharing it. One request covers graph8, CIENCE and Tenbound. All three draw on the same database.
You will be asked to confirm your email address before we act.
Delete my data
Ask us to erase the personal information we hold about you. We remove it from our database and from the public pages built on it, and we keep a record so it does not return when the database is rebuilt.
Do not sell or share my data
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Your record stays, but we stop using it for outreach and stop passing it on.
Access my data
Request a copy of the business contact information we currently hold about you, and where we obtained it.
Correct my data
Tell us something we hold is wrong. Corrections are handled separately from deletions, so asking us to fix a record will never remove you.
Why we ask you to confirm your email
Deleting the wrong person's record is not something we can undo, and a request to erase someone else's data is trivially easy to send. So before we act on a request we send a confirmation link to the address in it. Clicking that link is what tells us the request came from the person it concerns.
If you write to us by email instead, we may have to ask you for the same confirmation before we can act.
