Looking back
I started quilting in January 2013, and a few months later I placed my first order from Missouri Star Quilt Co. It was a gigantic haul, mostly from their sales bin.
What has this fabric become since?
At the end of that same year, I bought from MSQC several shades of purple yardage, and:

En Provence clues #6, #7 and REVEAL!
I'm getting better at QSTs. Nothing like practice!
From the very beginning I have been playing around with my units, trying to guess how the finished quilt would look like, This is a supposition:
Instructions for clue #6.
Link-up party.
Previous posts: clue #1, clue #2, clue #3, clue #4, clue #5.
As in previous Mysteries, Bonnie Hunter ported her last clue and Reveal on New Year!
Edited Jan 14th: this is the top center before pieced borders (phone pic before it gets too dark), I am going for a 9 x 9 blocks layout, the quilt is therefore going to be 72" x 72" (hard enough to FMQ on my DSM)

En Provence clue #5
Another easy one, my main issue is the lack of variety: only 4 different neutrals and 4 dark purples left.

This week's instructions and link-up party
An early Santa filled my mailbox yesterday:
I am now working at my own quilted Christmas tree, inspired by this pattern but with 2.5" HSTs that finish 2". It is just going to fit the living room's door. The other options were based upon strips, maybe for a cushion cover? I'm not feeling like appliquéing this year, maybe another time.

En Provence. Fabric choices
New Mystery in town! I am rather short of yellows, but I think all the other colors will fit (bad pic, though).

Barcelona fabric haul
I went to the Encants fair, where I knew there were rather unexpensive fabrics. Only two of the many shops sell quilting fabric, most of it 5-6€/meter (as compared to the 20-25€ in regular shops). This is my haul.

Retrossaria e patchwork en Aveiro
Gostei moito de Aveiro, os seus canais e casas de azulejos. Uma fermosa surpreesa foi uma linda lojinha no número 62 da rua João Estevão, com tecidos europeus e americanos para patchwork.
