LDRS Creative –In Full Bloom!

I am posting on the LDRS CREATIVE INSPIRATION BLOG today using some of the gorgeous new goodies in THE STORE.

LDRS Creative –Ruby IS Pretty Cute!

Hello everyone! Hope you’re well!

I am posting on the LDRS CREATIVE INSPIRATION BLOG today with a card and a tutorial using one of the gorgeous new Polkadoodles stamps now available in the store.

This fabulous young lady with the ‘impossible’ legs is RUBY – PRETTY CUTE and I have coloured her with watercolour paints.

The cart on the gorgeous backing paper is supposed to be selling ice cream but I changed it into a flower cart instead.

I used 3D glue gel for dimension on the flowers and on RUBY too and you can see more photos of my process on the blog HERE.

LDRS Creative New Release Blog Hop Day 1

Thank you for joining us on our LDRS Creative inspiration week blog hop! We are so excited to feature what was showcased at Creativation in January! There are lots of gorgeous projects using products from our new release. Eeek!! Such gorgeous new goodies in THE STORE and I have a tutorial for you today showing how I made this card!

I took an A2 (US)/A6 (UK) card blank and some papers from the HOMEMADE HAPPINESS PAPER PACK.

I then trimmed the edges from one…..

...and stuck them to either side of my card, trimming off any excess.

I cut another piece from the paper pack to mat on top….

…but before that I inked onto it through the WAFFLE CONE STENCIL with grey ink.

Across the top and bottom of the card I added some sticky tape…

…then added two different coloured twines.

Using my RAVEN HYBRID INK PAD I stamped a sentiment from the LIFE IS SWEET STAMP SET adding the flags and sprinkles to create a topper.

I used another of the papers from HOMEMADE HAPPINESS and cut it using the FRINGE DIE.

I cut the fringe down to fit my topper and threaded through some twine…

…sticking it behind the topper on both the bottom and top edges.

I stuck my topper on with foam tape...

...and finished off with glitter drops.
