You need to like someone, latter is respecting out of liking :)

Okay, I want to be liked by people who are very close to me. I don't expect respect.

But, with people I'm not familiar with, I want respect.

Manasa, Welcome to my blog...:) well I think there can be liking without much respect and respect without much liking.

Harini, hmmmm true. But liking is fickle. You can stop liking someone without a reason, Respect stays.

Equi, hehehe...what a new way of thinking...but won't you sometimes want things the other way round too..? ;)

People are so corny and smart, they dont express dislike towards a person so easily. So me not being a genius, I cant know if they like me or not. But respect, I can know if they respect me or not. So, respect it is!
