I cannot believe it is already October 1st! Where did this year go? I love October...It is one of my favorite months of the year. I was looking back at a scrapbook project we completed 2 years ago that chronicled every day of October 2006. I realized alot about our life has stayed the same, while many things have changed. We have the same routines, we watch the same tv shows, and travel the same territory. Some of my customers have moved and my partners have gone to work for other companies. My manager has changed. We have friends that have moved and friends that we don't hang out with as much anymore. Our neighbors have moved, but in their place came new neighbors who have become dear friends. Sadly, I don't get to go to SU anymore and gas is no longer $2.09/ gallon. Also, bacon is no longer $2.99. I love that we did that project because it is fun to look back on our ordinary life in 2006 and how it compares now. It will be really cool to look back 20, 30, 40 years from now.
As for the first day of October, I woke up with an awful sinus headache and skipped my morning walk (sorry, Wendy). My day was just kind of blah and then on the way home I had a big, fat, flat tire. Fortunately, some nice people and a highway patrolman stopped to help me. I am so thankful that we live in an area where nice people still stop to help. Then my cruise control went out. I came in the house tired and thinking I still had to cook supper and finish my work, and Sutton surprised me with a great meal on the stove and an empty dishwasher. It was so unexpected, but I really needed it tonight. Hopefully your October got off to a good start today. We are looking forward to a very busy month. Sutton has a lot going on with work and we are going to be traveling the next 3 weekends. Our trips will be fun since we will be spending time with family. I should have lots of pictures to post over the next few weeks.

Ole Sutton is a pretty good guy. Two posts in one day. How am I doin?
I figured you would post on the wine class, but 2 comments in one day...Wow! :)
A meal on the stove and an empty dishwasher is like the most sexy thing in the world at this point!
