Begin with invigorating flavours - house-baked bread, greek olives and chef's daily carpaccio or a selection of seasonal starters. Move through freshly made pasta dishes like seasonal vegetable amatriciana with tomato busiate, or opt for marinated Hokkaido venison with Pinot Nior mustard. Discover beautifully sizzled A5 Wagyu tagliata with saikyo miso marinade and braised Hokkaido chicken cacciatore. Finish with our delicately constructed tiramisu or explore our selection of assorted seasonal gelato.
For a chef-tailored experience, select from two expertly crafted dinner set courses - the Annupuri Course and the Yotei Course, each offering a refined taste of the region and thoughtfully composed to highlight the season's best.
