Passtab connects directly with FACTS to streamline student late arrivals and early departures throughout the school day.
Using the Passtab iPad Station, these student movements are recorded then automatically synchronised with FACTS, reducing manual administration and improving record accuracy.

When a student signs in late through Passtab, the attendance register is updated in FACTS immediately.

Our Single Sign On (SSO) options also mean staff can log in to the Passtab dashboard using their main identity provider (IdP) credentials. Users can be mapped to different levels of access with our permission-based roles. Passtab supports Bitium, Centrify, Google, Entra ID (Azure AD), okta, onelogin, Ping, Salesforce and most other SAML2.0 IdP’s.
