How to redeem your points
- Sign in to your account and head to this Loyalty page (or the Wallet tab in My Account).
- Type how many points you want to redeem in the “Points to redeem” box (minimum 100 points).
- Hit Redeem — your points convert instantly into store credit at £0.01 per point.
- At checkout, drag the “Use your store credit” slider to apply any amount of your credit to the order.

FAQ
When do I get my points?
Points are credited automatically when an order’s status changes to Completed. Refunded or cancelled orders don’t earn points.
Do points expire?
Points themselves don’t expire, but store credit redeemed from points may have an expiry window if your store sets one. Check the Wallet tab for any countdown.
Can I use store credit and a discount code together?
Yes — store credit is applied as a separate fee at checkout, so it stacks with most coupons.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are based on lifetime spend on completed orders. Once you cross the threshold, you’re upgraded automatically — forever.
Where do I see my balance?
Right at the top of this page (when signed in), or under the Wallet and Loyalty tabs in your My Account dashboard.
