Mardy has spent much of her career advancing SIIA’s efforts to protect intellectual property and promote a fair digital marketplace. She began her tenure developing and expanding SIIA’s piracy program and enforcement efforts, and in recent years joined the policy team, where she plays a supportive role in various projects across their expansive portfolio.
Senior Associate Counsel
Nathanael has a deep background in IP and competition law, with experience at Perkins Coie, the Federal Circuit, and in patent litigation, prosecution, and research across multiple technical fields.
State Policy Analyst
Antoine has a deep background in criminal justice policy, with experience at the Council of State Governments Justice Center and the New York City Department of Education. His work spans all seven sectors of the criminal legal system, with a particular focus on prosecution-related issues, data-informed policy solutions, and special education law.
