Mardy has spent much of her career advancing SIIA’s efforts to protect intellectual property and promote a fair digital marketplace. She began her tenure developing and expanding SIIA’s piracy program and enforcement efforts, and in recent years joined the policy team, where she plays a supportive role in various projects across their expansive portfolio.

His work spans all seven sectors of the criminal legal system, with a particular focus on prosecution-related issues, data-informed policy solutions, and special education law.
