The B.E.L.T. Program provides structured emotional literacy training within carceral settings, focusing on behavior, emotional regulation, leadership, and transformation.
Why it matters: It helps incarcerated individuals develop the internal tools needed for rehabilitation and successful reintegration.
The B.R.A.I.N. Project delivers emotional literacy through both in-person and correspondence formats, making it accessible to those inside and outside of incarceration. It focuses on rewiring thought patterns, emotional awareness, and personal transformation.
Why it matters: It ensures access to growth and transformation regardless of environment.
The Boys to Men Workshop for Carceral Scholars supports incarcerated men in developing emotional literacy, accountability, healthy communication, and a stronger sense of identity. Through guided reflection and trauma-informed facilitation, participants explore the patterns, choices, and emotions that shaped their lives while building tools for transformation, healing, and successful reentry.

The Girls to Women Workshop for Carceral Scholars creates a supportive space for incarcerated women to strengthen self-awareness, emotional regulation, self-worth, and healthy relationship skills.
