A summer job is more than just £ in your pocket – they’re a chance to gain valuable experience of work. But Labour’s tax and regulate policies are destroying what used to be a rite of passage. @Conservatives have a plan to back businesses - and young people - and save the

More evidence of a broken welfare system. Benefits for people who could & should be in work only risks the support for those who truly need it. Fixing welfare takes courage. Only @Conservatives are committed to starting again and building a whole new sickness benefits system.

Summer jobs are going extinct because of Labour's job-killing policies So we forced a vote in Parliament to Save the Summer Job. Labour MPs didn't bother voting, so we won! That's all you need to know about the Labour Party. Clueless & unbothered about the damage they're doing

🚨 Labour OFFICIALLY hate Rachel Reeves' job killing policies. After Conservatives called a debate in Parliament on our plan to Save the Summer Job, Labour chose not to vote against our motion, so we won. With their own ‘Burnham summer’ of job insecurity, Labour are learning.

Your pension should be invested to fund your retirement - not in government pet projects. Now Burnham's advisor is trying to do mandation by the backdoor. Great piece by @PensionsMonkey 👇

Another day, another shocking welfare stat... Hundreds of thousands of people with ADHD are being funnelled onto welfare. It's not the right answer. The world has changed and our welfare system needs to change too. That's why @Conservatives have launched a root and branch

Andy Burnham says there's “room for movement” on taxes to fill the £5bn defence funding gap. Wrong answer! Start with welfare. As @KemiBadenoch sets out in the @Telegraph 👇

No plan, no backbone and soon he'll no longer be Prime Minister. Keir Starmer wasted his time in Opposition and the country paid the price. @Conservatives won't do the same.

Labour has no plan. That's why Keir Starmer has had to resign. It’s time for Labour to get a grip. Britain cannot afford another directionless government.

Starmer’s £15bn commitment to Defence Spending has already unravelled. Will his successor do what he couldn’t? Grip welfare so that we can invest in defence. I set out in the @Daily_Express how Burnham can do this 👇

Andy Burnham says more mental health support should be given IN WORK. Is he coming round to @Conservatives' position that treatment, support and work are better than a life on benefits? We’d save £7-9bn from stopping sickness benefits for mild mental health and neurodiversity.

Starmer killed 300,000 jobs when he taxed businesses and made it too expensive for them to hire. Now Labour is using taxes to fund a new state-subsidised jobs scheme. The economic madness of Starmer’s government won’t be forgotten.

Labour will never grip the £171bn benefits bill. The Welfare Secretary thinks spending billions on work experience schemes and subsidising new jobs (after destroying the old ones) counts as ‘welfare reform’. It doesn’t. @Conservatives would save £23bn from the welfare bill and

Rachel Reeves chose to put up your taxes to pay for more benefits. If Andy Burnham is serious about reforming welfare, he’s going to need a new Chancellor.

The British people are tired of hearing there's no money left for defence or public services whilst thousands come here illegally and go straight onto welfare. This is costing us millions - and crushing public confidence that Government is on their side. We cannot be a cash
