with LOVE

I needed to whip up some more love to send. I once again grabbed the Ellen Hutson’s All Inside stamp and die set. This time, I tried not to use the cutie bear. It’s so hard. He’s so sweet! 🙂 🙂

I was inspired by the Pin Sights Challenge going on over at Ellen Hutson currently, so I used that as a jumping point. Fun summer colors and lots of white!! Delightful! 🙂

I am always alarmed when I realize how many of one color stamp pad I have. I don’t know why, because I have been collecting them for years! So yeah, I have a few. 😉 This technique would also work famously if you just use one/couple colors and double stamp/stamp off once/twice.

I also used a My Favorite Things die: Blueprints #13.

Sending Hugs | MFT Sketch 291

Here’s my take on MFT Sketch Challenge #291. My Favorite Things Challenge & Inspiration Blog!I used the scene I made last night for #thedailymarker30day. I was all set to turn in early, so I was planning something simple and quick. But then, this happened! Haaa! So much masking and then I colored in with both my Zig markers and Distress Inks as watercolors. I kinda botched painting the Ferris Wheel back there, but it was too late to turn back. It isn’t tragic, right? 🙂 I finished the card with some stitching,and matted the whole panel.

I used the Sketch as a guide for this scene. Can you see the inspiration? It is definitely there! 🙂

I stamped, embossed, and watercolored these images. I stitched and matted the panel to complete the card. Delightful! 🙂

Hi, There Sunshine

This little bear is just the right thing to deliver some sunshine!

This cutie and the sentiment is from Ellen Hutson’s All Inside stamp and die set. 🙂 I colored the sentiment and bear for the #thedailymarker30day challenge and then made it into a full-fledged card. 🙂

I also used a My Favorite Things die: Stitched Mini Scallop Square STAX. 🙂

Kindness

It’s no secret I adore the new Technique Tuesday Planner Stamp set. Therefore, I had to use it again! 🙂

I think this little envelope is just the cutest, and ended up making bunting. Who knew!?

I used the same Technique Tuesday Kindness Planner set for this card. This time I used the tiny little phone image. Gah. So fun! Sort of hard to tell I colored each little phone in these photos… 😉 I used Zig Watercolor makers on the first card, and Copic markers on the second. I also added some Wink of Stella, but that never photographs. A little sparkle for the recipients!

For this card above, I used a sentiment from this TT set: Memory Keeper’s Inspired Dragonfly.

Warm Heart for MFT Sketch 290

Here’s my take on MFT Sketch Challenge #290. My Favorite Things Challenge & Inspiration Blog!I used my little tag from #thedailymarker30day last night and whipped it in to a cute card to mail. 🙂 It can definitely be a challenge to color each day. Other days, no problem! 🙂 Either way, I’m glad for the challenge to complete and practice, practice, practice! Quite fun!

This little pup has always been a favorite of mine, so I stamped him up, colored with Copics, and I’ll pop him in the mail. 🙂

Have I mentioned my die cutting machine is on the fritz? Oh boy, is it ever. Don’t look too closely at this card or you’ll see the evidence of my failing little machine. It’s done a lot of cutting for me, but it’s hard to make that big purchase again. However, it looks inevitable. I think my birthday may come early this year? yikes. 🙂

My card is made with supplies at My Favorite Things: Top Dog, Wonky Stitched Rectangle STAX, Stitched Traditional Tag STAX, and Chevron Stripes.

Here’s the Scoop!

For this cute card, I used my Day 15 from #thedailymarker30day and completed another sweet Lawn Fawn card. I wanted to celebrate National Ice Cream Day, albeit late. We should always celebrate Ice Cream, right? 🙂

I used Lawn Fawn’s Here’s the Scoop set. 😉I used Zig markers to loosely watercolor, added some Wink of Stella sparkle, and of course, added googley eyes! 🙂

I did take a photo with less google eyes…and then, I decided life is more fun with google eyes! Haaaa!! Here’s the comparison: Still cute, those cones!! 🙂

Celebrating 10!

My Favorite Things is celebrating 10 years!! How exciting! Happy Birthday to MFT, Kim, and the whole MFT team!! 🙂

Summer Hello!

Having some more fun with the July Paper Smooches Challenge! 🙂 Summer!

I’m so glad I finally got this card out of my head! 🙂 I haven’t done all these pieced stripes in a while, and I love them so. 🙂

I combined the stripes with this fun new Lighthouse die and an older favorite, Hello Love…and boom! A delightful, bright hello! Too fun! 🙂

Hello Sunshine

Hello Sunshine! Here is one more card for the Ellen Hutson Mix it Up Challenge with Neat & Tangled! I used Neat and Tangled’s Say Yes to Donuts and Ellen Hutson’s All Inside stamp set for this card. You can find my other two cards HERE and HERE. Eeeeep! Love these together! 🙂

I almost tossed this card because I did not like the way the inked background turned out. But after a while, I decided it was completely tragic and would still bring sunshine to a mailbox, right? 🙂

This card isn’t too different from my first card, because I actually thought to stamp two cards at once! Haaaa! Something I never do, so I was glad. These few stitches took the longest. Because there are so few, they are delicate and pulled out. So that took a couple attempts. Ha!! Of all things. 🙂
