repl: Python environments not being discovered by notebook editor

Reproduction steps

1. Start zed preview.
2. Open a notebook (.ipynbfile).
3. Try to select a python environment.

Current vs. Expected behavior

Current behavior:

The kernel selector of the notebook editor isn't discovering all my other python environments even the one in the project's root directory.

Expected behavior:
The kernel selector should show the other python environments in my computer as well as the one available in the project's root directory.
