Frequently Asked Questions

You will continue to enjoy the same Notehub experience without any interruption. Everything, including the consumption credit purchasing and usage, will continue to function as it did previously. Existing projects will be automatically transitioned to the Essentials tier, with the option to stay there indefinitely or, at any time, upgrade to a subscription-based tier.

In the Essentials and Routing plan, usage is measured and charged as 1 consumption credit (CC) per event. As a courtesy, a 5,000 CC “top-up” is applied to every customer’s billing account on the first of each month.

For every other plan, usage is included in the cost of your subscription. If your devices will consume more than 5,000 events on average per month, contact us for an Enterprise plan.
