Every state and local election official is on notice – knowingly encouraging noncitizens to vote or conspiring to fraudulently register noncitizens is a federal crime. The @CivilRights Division is ready to help with compliance as American citizens deserve free and fair elections!

Can President Trump continue constructing the ballroom? Yes, per the Chief Justice. More to come soon. Huge win for President Trump, @TheJusticeDept and SG John Sauer, and for the continued national security at the White House. No noted dissents.

Dept of Ed says it took the ABA—the sole law school accreditor—nearly 2 yrs to suspend its diversity rule, which it knew violated SFFA. The ABA emboldens schools like Duke Law, which we found in violation of Title VI b/c of illegal race-based admissions. The gatekeeping must end!

It is critical for voters in our constitutional republic to have confidence in our elections. Under @AGToddBlanche’s leadership, this @CivilRights Divison is taking action by cleaning the voter rolls and sending election monitors to jurisdictions to ensure a smooth Election Day.

It is a crime to knowingly allow noncitizens to vote in federal elections. We have notified all 50 states of these federal election laws, and we @CivilRights Division @TheJusticeDept will enforce them!
