The Bionic Chips Diaries (Madison’s Version) is a companion blog to Madison Yuan’s Beyond the Diaries series on New Melody.
While writing the original series, Madison accumulated numerous stories, memories, research notes, and side narratives that ultimately did not fit into the final essays. Although she was initially reluctant to publish these unfinished pieces, editor Luna Huang encouraged her to preserve them as a companion collection.
Rather than expanding or revising Beyond the Diaries, this blog serves as an archive of the stories left untold—featuring deleted scenes, personal reflections, historical notes, and behind-the-scenes perspectives that add depth to the larger history of the Bionic Chips program.
