- The Download Bookmarks file is in an HTML format, so when you open it, you'll see it in your browser and can click on the links. More importantly, you can import the file into your browser's bookmark manager to give you quick access. After importing, you can rename the folder, move it around, re-order the items in it. Just search for "importing and managing bookmarks in Chrome" to learn how this is done. Replace "Chrome" with the browser you are using.
