Is Ruby Bennies® free to join?
Yes! Ruby Bennies® is completely free to join. Members can sign up at no cost and start earning points on eligible purchases at all participating Ruby Slipper and Ruby Sunshine locations. Membership also gives you access to exclusive rewards, special offers, and birthday perks.
How do I earn and redeem Ruby Bennies® rewards?
Ruby Bennies® members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at all Ruby Slipper and Ruby Sunshine locations.
There are several easy ways to earn points:
- Download the Ruby Bennies® app and securely link a payment card for automatic purchase tracking.
- Upload your receipt through your Ruby Bennies® app account.
- Email your receipt to [email protected] to have points added to your account.
Redeeming rewards is just as simple. Members can provide their phone number or email to their server or use the Ruby Bennies® app to show an available reward, which the server can redeem during the visit.
When do I get my birthday reward?
Ruby Bennies® members who add their birthday to their account receive a special birthday reward during their birthday month. Be sure your birthday is included in your profile before your birthday month begins, so you don’t miss your reward.
Do all Ruby Slipper and Ruby Sunshine locations participate in Ruby Bennies®?
Yes. Ruby Bennies® rewards can be earned and redeemed at all Ruby Slipper and Ruby Sunshine locations. Members can enjoy the same great rewards experience whether they’re visiting their hometown spot or another participating location.
Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?
No. Ruby Bennies® members may redeem one reward per transaction. If you have multiple rewards available in your account, you can choose which reward to use during your visit, but rewards cannot be combined or redeemed together on the same order.
Can I redeem a reward and earn points in the same order?
Yes! You can redeem a Ruby Bennies® reward and still earn points on the same transaction. Members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases, so if your order includes items beyond the value of the redeemed reward, you’ll earn points on the amount you actually pay.
Are there any purchases that don’t qualify for points?
Yes. Ruby Bennies® members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases, including transactions where a reward, mobile offer, or promotional offer is redeemed. However, points are only awarded on the actual U.S. dollars spent in the transaction.
For example, if you use a reward and pay for additional food or beverages, you’ll still earn points on the amount you pay. Purchases made using a gift card also qualify for points.
The following purchases do not earn Ruby Bennies® points:
- Taxes
- Bag fees, bottle fees, and other surcharges or fees
- Purchasing or reloading a gift card
- Delivery fees on orders placed through the Ruby Bennies® app
Points are awarded only on qualifying purchases and eligible dollars spent.
Do Ruby Bennies® points expire?
Yes. Ruby Bennies® points expire six months after the last qualifying purchase.
