Payments through your own link cost 8% + $0.50 on Free or 7% + $0.50 on Pro. Currency conversion adds 1.5% only when it is required. Creating and sharing a link is free.
It applies only when Selstack can verify that Discover generated the customer. The rate is 10% + $0.50 on every plan. That is the total Selstack rate, not another 10% added on top, and it already includes conversion when conversion is required. Direct links keep the normal plan rate.
Yes. NGN checkout supports eligible local and international cards as well as the available bank, transfer and USSD methods. A bank or payment provider can still decline a payment for authentication, funds, risk or availability reasons.
When conversion is needed, Selstack shows the applicable rate and the amount the merchant receives before payment. Nothing is added secretly after checkout.
Selstack can process a customer's currency on your behalf, convert the proceeds to your payout currency and credit your wallet. This keeps a currency mismatch from costing you a sale.
USD funds normally move from ledger balance to available balance after the 96-hour security hold. The minimum withdrawal is the equivalent of 5 USD.
Standard withdrawals are free. Any required currency-conversion or international-transfer charge is shown before you confirm.
The short security hold gives Selstack time to detect fraud, chargebacks and disputes before funds become withdrawable. When the hold expires, funds move automatically to your available balance.
Yes. A Stack can use NGN, USD, GBP, EUR and other supported currencies. When your own gateway cannot process the selected currency, Selstack's platform payment flow handles it.
You can issue a full or partial refund. The amount is deducted from your available balance, or cancelled from the ledger balance when the transaction is still in its hold period.
Your dashboard and wallet show gross sales, transaction fees, net earnings, currency conversions, held funds, available funds and withdrawal history. Reports can be exported for accounting.
Ledger balance contains funds still inside the security hold. Available balance contains cleared funds you can withdraw immediately.
