    Here’s a general example of our programming for a Microcycle. Going from how we would categorize incorporating periodization w/ tier system using a generic example (VBT not shown) and how we would prioritize for rotational athletes like Baseball.

    I made a pitch to my AD and then curriculum director. Took some time. Had plenty of examples to show them of similar schools doing it successfully.
