I’m pretty sure I was the first person to preorder this book. Literally order #1. That’s how quickly I went from “Jason wrote a book” to “shut up and take my money.” If you follow me, MicroConf, or TinySeed, buying this book isn’t really a decision. It’s paperwork. Go buy it.

Yup. Especially the entrepreneurs I see posting a lot on social media. One of the most important things we do with @tinyseedfund companies is try to steer them away from the fake work Laura is talking about.

you can easily spend 40 hours/week on activities that do absolutely nada to grow revenue OR profitability, and I would say that's exactly what most entrepreneurs are doing
