AmeriWest Services is a family-owned heating, cooling, and indoor air quality company founded in 2020 by Gerson Pliego Roman. We deliver efficient, reliable HVAC service across Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino County, backed by a C-20/B California contractor license and a team that treats every home like it’s our own.
Founder Gerson Pliego Roman grew up in Veracruz, Mexico, and moved to the United States with his family at age 7. He entered the HVAC trade at 18 and went on to study mechanical engineering at Cal State Fullerton, building his technical skills from the ground up.
In 2015, Gerson lost his closest friend and colleague, someone who had shared his dream of building a business together. That loss became the turning point that led him to found AmeriWest Home Services in 2020, built on the belief that everyone deserves the freedom to feel truly comfortable at home.
Today, AmeriWest is still family-run, with Gerson’s wife Elizabeth Pliego serving as Vice President alongside family members Hector and Daniel Pliego on the technician team.

Our mission is to help families experience comfort with freedom. These five values guide how we deliver on that every single day.
We do what’s right, not what’s easy, always.

We listen, we care, and we serve with compassion.
We rise by lifting others through jobs, service, and support.
We believe everyone deserves the freedom to live well, in comfort and peace of mind.
The published company story describes Ameriwest as a family-run business founded in 2020. The page introduces its leadership and technician team so customers can see the people behind the brand. For a broader view of what the business does, review the HVAC service overview. Questions about the team assigned to a particular project should be confirmed when you arrange that service.
The company page identifies Gerson Pliego Roman as the founder. Its story explains the background of the business and why it was established. Keep that history separate from the schedule or scope of a current project. If you need company information for an estimate or appointment, ask the Ameriwest team directly so the answer applies to your situation.
The published values are integrity, excellence, empathy, community and freedom. Customers can look for those principles in practical details such as clear explanations, a written scope and respectful communication. Values are useful context, but the proposed project should still have specific terms. Review ongoing care arrangements if you are considering a longer-term service relationship.
Ameriwest lists cooling, heating and indoor air quality services. The company page introduces the business, while the specialist pages explain service-specific assessments and options. Review air conditioning services and heating services to find the right next step. Keeping those topics separate helps you compare actual work without turning the company story into a generic service advertisement.

Ask for the current business license information and check it through the relevant authority. The website publishes contractor license number 1097419, but a website statement alone is not a live status check. Ask which entity holds the license and how it applies to the proposed work. Request current business details before relying on a broad credential statement for a specific project.
, so the service you need fits the budget you have.
Read the written conditions and confirm how they apply to your project. Ask about eligibility, exclusions, required maintenance and the process for requesting help if a covered concern occurs. A general headline does not replace the complete agreement. When comparing an upgrade, review the equipment package options and ask for the terms associated with the actual installation.
Use the relevant service pages to understand the proposed work and the offers page to review any currently published conditions. Those pages have different purposes: one describes a service and the other explains eligibility or promotional terms. Review air quality service choices and current offers separately so a discount does not substitute for an assessment of what the home needs.
