Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Annual subscriptions run to the end of the term and simply don't renew if you cancel.
What happens when my free trial ends?
A window appears for you to choose your plan if you haven't already, then to add payment information if it wasn't collected yet, and you're set. Nothing is deleted, so your jobs, customers, and invoices are right where you left them.
Are there per-user fees?
Each plan includes its listed users. Additional users are $19.99/month each.
What are the card processing rates?
2.9% + 30¢ on Solo, and as low as 2.7% + 30¢ on Team and Business. Payments run through Stripe, and your customers can also pay invoices online directly.
Does Mr. Task work for my industry?
Mr. Task powers 25+ field service trades, from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing to cleaning, landscaping, appliance repair, and general contracting. Can I earn by referring other contractors?
Yes. The Mr. Task Affiliate Program pays commission on every subscription payment a customer you refer makes during their first year. It is free to join, there is no audience or sales minimum, and payouts are monthly.
