What does a VX lifetime plan include?
A lifetime VX plan includes:
- Specified website activation limits depending on the plan you picked
- Lifetime VX updates
- Lifetime customer support
- The Shader app, a desktop app for building WordPress themes with AI
So the LTD is a purchase you make once, no additional charges or renewals in the future.
Lifetime licenses cannot be shared between different entities or be resold. They can be used by the individual VX customer or their internal agency team.
What counts as a website activation?
Each live site that runs VX Framework PRO uses one production license. We also offer an equivalent number of staging activations which you can use for temporary, local and staging sites.
Can I upgrade my license later?
Yes. Open the license in your account and choose Upgrade. You pay the higher plan’s current price, less what you already paid for that license, and you keep the same key and the same sites.
What is your support policy?
All customers have access to customer support. LTD licenses include lifetime support. Subscription plans include support for as long as the subscription is active.
What that includes:
- Technical questions about built-in features and functionality
- Assistance with reported bugs and issues
- Assistance with installation
- Guidance on the way the item is designed and how various features work
What's not included:
- Assistance with code modifications
- Assistance with functionality of unrelated 3rd party plugins. This excludes plugins we provide official support for, e.g. Bricks Builder; in such cases we assist on matters of the integration with VX.
- Hosting, server or environment issues. Please refer to your host provider for such issues.
VX support is active 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.
Is there a free version?
Yes. You can start with the Free version and upgrade to PRO when you need the full data model layer.
What are Extensions?
Extensions are 1st party plugins that add additional functionality on top of VX Framework PRO plugin. Extensions are one time purchases, however they require VX Framework PRO to work.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full 14-day refund policy. Contact us within 14 days of any purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid.
