Terms of service
This document was last updated on October 30, 2026.
These terms apply to the website at wpcore.com and the companion WordPress plugin at wordpress.org/plugins/wpcore. WPCore.com provides both. Contact us at [email protected].
You accept these terms when you create an account. You must accept them to use an account.
The service
WPCore.com lets you build collections of WordPress plugins and install them on WordPress sites with the WPCore plugin. Plugin names, descriptions and files from the WordPress.org plugin directory belong to their authors. WPCore.com does not review, support or guarantee those plugins.
The WPCore plugin keeps working on a WordPress site if WPCore.com stops operating. Plugins it has already installed stay installed.
The Sites pages show the WordPress, PHP, database and web server versions, plugins and themes of the WordPress sites you connect with the WPCore plugin. The data comes from the latest report that each site sent to WPCore.com or that WPCore.com requested from it. A site that has not reported recently can show out-of-date versions and updates.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You must give a valid email address that you control.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done with your account.
- Tell us at once at [email protected] if you believe someone else has used your account.
Your content
You own the collections you create and the plugin files you upload. You give WPCore.com permission to store, copy and serve that content to provide the service. This includes showing your public collections to other visitors and serving your custom plugin files to anyone who has the key of a collection that contains them. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups, which we delete on the schedule in the privacy policy.
You must have the right to distribute every plugin file you upload.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Upload malware or any file built to harm the sites it is installed on
- Upload files that infringe another person's copyright or other rights
- Use the service to send spam
- Try to access accounts, collections or data that are not yours
- Connect a WordPress site to WPCore.com without the permission of the site's owner
- Disrupt the service or put an unreasonable load on it, including with automated requests
We may remove content that breaks these rules. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. We tell you by email when we do so, unless the law prevents it.
WPCore Pro
WPCore Pro is a paid subscription that adds features and raises usage limits. The price is shown before you pay.
- Stripe processes all payments. Your card number never reaches our server.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
- You can cancel at any time on your plan page. You keep Pro features until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Each plan allows a number of connected sites. When you have more sites than your plan allows, for example after a subscription ends, WPCore.com keeps every site and its last report. It requests new reports only from your oldest sites, up to the plan's limit.
- We tell subscribers by email before a price change. The new price applies from the first billing period that starts after the notice. You can cancel before then.
Refunds
You can get a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 14 days of that payment. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. We cancel the subscription and refund the payment to the card you paid with.
Payments after the first one are not refunded. You can cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next payment.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. Deleting your account cancels your subscription.
We may stop providing the service. If we do, we tell users by email at least 30 days before. We refund subscribers the unused part of any payment.
Disclaimer
WPCore.com provides the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, WPCore.com and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service is free of errors or that it is always available. Back up your WordPress sites before you install plugins on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, WPCore.com and its suppliers are not liable for:
- Indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages
- The cost of substitute products or services
- Loss of use, or loss or corruption of data
- Any amount above the fees you paid to WPCore.com in the 12 months before the claim
- Failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited.
Consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep every right that the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you. These terms do not reduce those rights.
Changes to these terms
We publish every change to these terms on this page and update the date at the top. We email registered users at least 30 days before a change that reduces their rights. If you do not accept a change, you can delete your account before it takes effect. A subscriber who deletes their account for this reason gets a refund of the unused part of their current billing period.
Please make sure you also understand and agree to the privacy policy.
