AGTA GemFair events are open for qualified jewelry and gemstone industry professionals only.

Vetting Requirements for Registration

Both your company and each employee attending as a Buyer must be vetted.

Company Vetting

To verify your company, please submit one of the following four options:

1. Government-Issued Business Documentation (e.g., business license, tax ID, VAT number, certificate of incorporation, or business registration)
   • The document must be dated within the last two years
   • The document must clearly demonstrate industry affiliation

If your documentation does not clearly indicate industry affiliation or is over two years old, you must submit three invoices:

• Each invoice must be from a different supplier.
• The purchases must be for jewelry, precious metals, or colored gemstones.
• All purchases must have been made within the past year.
• Each invoice must list multiple items.

All documents must be in English or include an official English translation.

The company name and address must be consistent across all submitted documents and your registration details. 

1. JBT Number (if applicable).
2. A letter from an AGTA exhibiting member verifying you are their wholesale client.
3. If you work for a major department store or jewelry brand (buying departments or higher corporate professionals only), you must provide:
   • A professionally printed business card with your name, position, and company name.
   • A recent W-2 form, canceled payroll check, or pay stub as proof of employment.

Employee Vetting (Proof of Employment for Buyers)

Each attending Buyer must submit one of the following three options:

1. A professionally printed business card with the Buyer’s full name and a company name that matches the registered business.
2. A recent W-2 form.
3. A recent pay stub.
   • Full first and last names must be provided. Registrations with initials only will not be processed.

Guest Registration

If you are not an employee, you may be registered as a guest by a qualified Buyer.

• A maximum of two guests per company may register for a fee of $50 per person.
• Guest registration is available onsite in Tucson in the Badge Printing area.

No, photography and filming on the show floor are prohibited without written authorization of AGTA.

Yes, there are multiple parking lots and garages available surrounding the Tucson Convention Center. View available parking areas here.

The AGTA GemFair Tucson is free to attend for all qualified industry professionals. No purchase is necessary to attend.

AGTA GemFair exhibitors showcase a vast array of ethically sourced natural gemstones, natural Pearls, and cultured Pearls, many of which can be found listed on our Gemstones page here.

Yes, you may purchase directly from exhibitors offering items for sale from their booths.

Yes, there are multiple exhibitors and four labs available at the show that offer a variety of services for registered attendees.

Yes, we offer all registered buyers exclusive pricing on a limited block of Tucson hotels. Rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis and are only accessible after registering for the show.

Yes, there are a variety of events to attend such as the AGTA Spectrum & Cutting Edge Awards Gala and the AGTA Seminar Series. You can find more information about these and other events here.

AGTA Members exhibiting in Tucson centrally operate/are based in the United States or Canada but may operate internationally.

For the safety and security of all attendees, registration is mandatory for both returning and new visitors to the AGTA GemFair Tucson.

Badges will be printed onsite and must be collected in person with a valid photo ID and a photo taken (used for security purposes only) during registration hours at the designated registration desks or member services desk.
