No. Starter and Professional websites will be published on a LeftField Local hosted URL.

If you already own a domain name, you may forward or mask your domain to your LFL-hosted URL. LeftField Local will provide your website URL, but domain forwarding, masking, DNS changes, registrar support, email setup, and troubleshooting are not included with Starter or Professional plans. This lets you keep using your existing domain while keeping your website setup easy.

If you want your own domain but do not want to manage DNS, nameservers, renewals, or other technical settings, our Managed Plan includes domain registration and basic domain management through LeftField Local, so you can focus on running your business.

No. LeftField Local website plans do not include business email setup or email hosting.

Many starter businesses use a regular Gmail address or another email account they already manage. If you need custom business email, advanced DNS setup, or SEO services, we recommend WooWoo WebWorks.

LeftField Local also offers custom web design and web development services separately from our tiered website plans.

If you need a larger or multi-page website, multiple locations, ecommerce, custom functionality, integrations, or something else beyond the plan options, contact us to discuss your needs.

Custom services are quoted separately and are not included in website plan pricing, upgrades, or renewals.

LeftField Local website plans are designed for one business location or one service-area business at a time. If you want separate websites for multiple locations, each location requires its own plan.

If you prefer a larger multi-location website or need dedicated location pages, LeftField Local can provide those separately as custom web design and development services. Contact us to discuss your needs.

No. LeftField Local websites are built using the text, photos, logo, and business information you provide. Please send your content as you want it to appear on your website.

We may make minor formatting adjustments so your content fits the layout, but writing, rewriting, proofreading, and detailed copy edits are not included. If you need changes after your content has been submitted or after the site is built, additional edit fees may apply.

No. To keep LeftField Local websites affordable, clients provide their own logo, photos, and written content.

If you do not have a company photo, you may choose an image from a royalty-free image library such as Pexels, Unsplash, or Pixabay. You are responsible for choosing an image you have permission to use for your business. Stock photo research, image selection, custom graphics, and copyright review are not included.

No. LeftField Local does not include logo design services.

If you already have a logo, you can send us the logo file with your website materials. You are responsible for providing a logo you have the right to use.

If you do not provide a logo, we can build your website using your business name as text instead.

Your website will include a contact section with your business phone number and a secure contact form. Contact form messages are sent to the email address you provide, but that email address is not displayed publicly on the website. If applicable, you may also include a public business address and business hours.

Yes. Professional and Managed Plan websites can include 1 link to your existing booking, scheduling, reservation, intake, or client portal software.

This lets your website send visitors to the platform you already use. LeftField Local does not create, manage, configure, or troubleshoot third-party software accounts or integrations. You simply provide the link, and we add it to your website.

Yes. Social media links may be included in the Contact section when provided by the client. Supported platforms are Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Starter includes up to 1 social link, Professional includes up to 3, and Managed includes up to 6. LeftField Local does not search for or verify social media accounts.

LeftField Local websites include basic search and sharing best practices, such as standard page titles and meta descriptions, Open Graph and Twitter Card tags, and LocalBusiness schema markup.

What is not included is SEO strategy or ongoing optimization. We do not provide keyword research, search ranking work, content strategy, SEO reporting, competitor research, or ongoing optimization as part of LeftField Local plans.

LeftField Local no longer offers SEO services because effective SEO cannot be responsibly packaged within the affordable business model our mission requires. Learn more about why we made that decision on our About page.

Yes. You may choose to move from one LeftField Local plan to a higher plan if you want additional sections or features included in that plan.

You are not required to upgrade to continue using your current website with the sections and features already included in your plan. If you choose a section or feature offered only in a higher plan, you will need to move to the plan that includes it. Higher-plan sections and features are not available as one-time updates while retaining the lower plan’s renewal rate.

Needs that fall outside the tiered website plan options may be quoted separately as custom web design and development services.

Setup is available in as little as 3 business days after we have received your payment and all final materials needed for your selected plan.

The 3-business-day setup window does not begin at checkout. It begins after your final content — business information, website text, logo, images, and any other required materials — has been received.

Materials submitted to LeftField Local must be final, proofread, and ready to publish. Website setup does not include a separate draft review, revision, or final approval stage before launch.

Annual billing helps us keep LeftField Local website plans affordable and reduces administrative costs. Each plan is priced as a low monthly amount but billed once per year.

For example, the Starter Plan starts at $10/month and is billed annually at $120/year.

The setup fee covers the initial work required to create your website, place your content into the layout, prepare images you provide, set up the contact form, and publish the site.

Setup fees vary by plan because higher plans include more sections, more content, more photos, and more setup work.

Each LeftField Local plan includes a set number of sections, images, and content areas. These limits help us keep the websites affordable and the setup process easy and straightforward.

If you want a section or feature included in a higher plan, you may choose to upgrade to the plan that includes it. If your needs go beyond the tiered website plan options, such as a larger website, multiple locations, ecommerce, custom functionality, or integrations, contact us about separately quoted custom web design and development services.

Yes. Website updates are available as needed and are quoted separately based on the work requested. Update pricing follows the same affordable approach as our website setup fees, and you’ll receive the price before any work begins. There are no required monthly maintenance fees or surprise update charges.
