What is Stoycway?
Stoycway is an AI-powered study platform. You upload your own course material — lecture PDFs, textbooks, handwritten notes, slides, past exam papers, even a recorded lecture — and Stoycway turns it into a complete study system: a structured course, summaries, mind maps, flashcards, quizzes, exam correction and a tutor grounded in your own documents. It also tracks what you actually know and builds a short revision plan for each day.
How is Stoycway different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers from general knowledge. Stoycway answers from your documents, and shows the page each answer came from — anything the AI adds from outside your course is visibly labelled, and a strict mode keeps it inside your document entirely. Beyond answering questions, Stoycway produces the actual study material: flashcards on a spaced-repetition schedule, quizzes covering the whole document, corrected exam papers — and keeps a lasting model of what you have mastered across everything you have ever uploaded.
Is Stoycway free?
Yes. Stoycway has a free plan that does not expire: 3,000 one-time credits, 3 documents of up to 20 pages, and all the core study tools — course structuring, summaries, mind maps, flashcards, quizzes and AI chat — in French, English and Arabic. No credit card is required. Paid plans start at 900 DZD per month, and one-time credit packs start at $3.99.
What languages does Stoycway support?
Stoycway works in French, English and Arabic — the interface, the generated study material and the AI's answers — with full right-to-left support for Arabic. Arabic documents are read natively, and you can force answers into a chosen language regardless of the document's own language.
What can I upload to Stoycway?
PDFs including scanned ones, Word and PowerPoint documents, photographs of handwritten notes, web article links, YouTube videos, audio recordings of lectures, and existing Anki decks. Documents can be up to 1,000 pages long.
Can Stoycway read handwriting?
Yes. Stoycway reads handwritten notes and handwritten exam answers and uses them like any other material — this is what makes the AI exam correction feature possible.
Can Stoycway correct exam papers?
Yes, and a student's answers are not required. Upload just the exam paper and Stoycway generates a fully worked, graded model answer for every question, with the marking scheme's point allocation, from the exam alone. Adding a student's answer sheet — handwriting included — is optional: do that and Stoycway also marks that submission question by question against its own model answer, with a mark against the barème, the rubric applied, a verbatim quote from the answer as evidence, a confidence level and written feedback, following Algerian and French marking conventions. Teachers can correct a whole class in one batch, override any mark, and export class analytics.
Does Stoycway work for medical students?
Yes — medicine is one of Stoycway's core profiles. Alongside the general study tools there is a clinical case simulator that generates progressive cases in the résidanat format from your own course material, revealing each stage only after you commit to the previous one, marked under the scheme you choose, with a reasoning debrief afterwards.
Does Stoycway work for the BAC?
Yes. There is a dedicated BAC plan from 900 DZD per month with all the study tools, mnemonics for memorisation-heavy subjects, and exam intelligence that groups past BAC papers by recurring theme so you can see what comes up nearly every year.
How does Stoycway know what I need to revise?
Stoycway extracts the concepts from everything you upload and tracks your mastery of each one from your quiz results, flashcard reviews and corrected exams. That mastery decays over time the way real memory does, so topics you have not touched in months resurface on their own. Each morning it turns this into a short prioritised plan, paced against your exam date.
Does Stoycway make things up?
Answers are built from passages actually retrieved from your own document and cite the pages they came from, so you can click through and check them against the original. Anything the AI adds from general knowledge is visibly labelled as AI-added, and a strict mode confines it to your document alone. As with any AI, verify anything that matters.
Can I use Stoycway on my phone or offline?
Yes. Stoycway installs as an app on phone and desktop, and flashcard reviews done without a connection are saved and synced as soon as you are back online.
Can a class or study group use Stoycway together?
Yes. Study groups have a join code, so a class is simply a group: members share flashcard decks that they fork into their own review schedule, and can compete on an optional class leaderboard. Teachers can also correct the whole class's exam papers in one batch.
How do I pay for Stoycway?
Inside Algeria you can pay by CIB or Edahabia card through SATIM, or with a prepaid voucher card, and prices are shown in Algerian dinars. Everywhere else payment is by PayPal and prices are shown in US dollars.
