Pineapple Labs
Pineapple Labs is a software development company started and run by high school student Curtis Welter (that’s me). The main goal of this company is to complete projects in various fields of technology, while creating relevant resources for other people to learn from along the way.
These technology fields can vary greatly, though initially there will be a heavy focus on Software Development, and more specifically Game Design and Development. As an example our current software project is a mobile game targeting the android platform. I hope to eventually expand onto other platforms, namely virtual reality and dedicated game consoles.
Outside of Software Development and Game Design, Pineapple Labs is also exploring 3D Printing applications in various fields including Robotics and Model Aircraft, as well as providing resources for all facets of 3D printing, from designing objects to be printed to modifying and building your own 3D printer.

About Me
As for me, for the most part I’m just a guy interested in technology. My main motivation for creating Pineapple Labs is that I realized that over the past few years I had started a lot of projects but never actually finished any of them, so I thought that creating a more formal collection of all my endeavors would provide more motivation to actually make something. And through creating a business I can hopefully provide the opportunity for others to learn from my projects, and use profits to complete even more ambitious experiments. My other interests that aren’t so relevant to Pineapple Labs are watching movies, reading books, playing the saxophone, and trying and failing to learn to draw.
I admit I feel a lot more comfortable in condensing Pineapple Labs into a bullet list than I am in condensing myself into a couple of bullet points…
