Referring to Dunblane as “one murder” is a shameful distortion of one of Scotland’s darkest days. 16 children and their teacher were massacred in the UK’s deadliest mass shooting. A stark reminder of just how out of touch Britain’s privileged elites really are.

A constituent contacted me concerned about changes to the Motability Scheme. I raised the issue with the First Minister. He confirmed the 1 July changes announced elsewhere in the UK won't apply in Scotland and committed to further engagement with ministers and Motability 📺⬇️

During my first speech in Holyrood, a Reform MSP intervened to challenge my comments on nuclear. The problem? One isolated example doesn't outweigh the wider evidence. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 energy should be based on facts and focused on delivering affordable energy for households and businesses.

Pitch invasions have long been part of football celebrations, but the scenes over the weekend crossed a line. Therefore, I raised the prospect of strict liability. Football authorities need to stop burying their heads in the sand and the clubs must take greater responsibility.

Out on the farm near Kilmarnock with Cammy Wilson and our local candidate @AlanBrownSNP Cammy started farming with four sheep, now he has 1,500 and a global social media audience. Brilliant to meet him and help with the lambs. The SNP is on the side of rural Scotland. 🐑
