We've been out with @DVSAgovuk, @JUWC_WasteCrime and @ScottishEPA to check waste is being transported and stored correctly in Cumbria. We identified several significant breaches from waste carriers, and will be taking action against those breaking the law.

We have been busy rescuing fish on the River Teme and River Redlake in Shropshire. Most recently we moved salmon, trout, eels and lamprey from the River Teme. If you see fish in distress or in need of a rescue, please call our 24-hour hotline 0800 807060.
Two individuals stand by a shallow, rocky stream surrounded by greenery. This was the River Teme. One person is holding a blue bucket, and the other is wearing a backpack with a connected tube, appearing to conduct a water-based activity. The setting is outdoors on a clear day.
Two people in outdoor gear are standing in a shallow stream surrounded by lush greenery. They are focused on a blue bucket in the water and are holding equipment for collecting samples. The scene conveys scientific fieldwork in a natural setting.
