Several thousand fish died in the incident in 2017.

Due to the prolonged hot weather fish have become trapped in shallow pools in the #Mole between Dorking and Leatherhead. Today we carried out a fish rescue in the smaller pools that are a risk of drying out and relocated them upstream. #ClimateChange

Both large barges and a tender vessel have been removed from our land at Hurst Park in #Molesey and will now be destroyed. As part of a multi-agency partner operation, a lot of other vessels have been served eviction notices and action has been taken against other offences.

Waste carrier checks on 7 vehicles in #Herts. 2 of the vehicles were seized by @HertsPolice for having no road tax. One of the vehicles which did not have a valid waste carrier licence and was illegally carrying scrap metal waste was taken off the road by @DVSAgovuk
