Every. Single. Day! 1:30pm - Classroom 2:00pm - Meditation/Breathing/Visualize 2:10pm - Stretch 10 minutes per day, no sports psychology degree... If the game is 90% mental and it’s important to you, it will SHOW UP on your practice plan! Humbabe @jaegersports!
