What we saw during today’s inspection was nothing short of gross negligence by the driver and company. 3/4 trailer brakes completely inoperative and the 4th was defective (pads) 3/6 trailer tires worn past wear bars. Trailer/tractor owned/operated by same company …

We have stopped this G1 class licensed owner operator 2 times recently and charged them for driving this truck (RGW: 13500KG) with an improper licence. Today was the 3rd stop. This time the o/o was in the passenger seat and claimed they hired a new driver. Also a G1 driver 🙄

As the weather gets better we are seeing more aggregate and fill trucks on the roads. Trucks should not be filled to the top of the box, items roll from the high point & straight off the side. A load should be below the box edge. Drivers are responsible for checking the load.^MD

How much tint is too much tint? This Tesla grabbed my attention when I couldn’t see the driver stopped beside me at the red light. 6% of light is transmitting through both the front & side windows (94% tint). This is unsafe and illegal. Repeat offender. Charges issued ^DB

Did you do a pre trip inspection? Yes. Did you check the brakes? No, not yet.!!! You have an "A" licence but no "Z" endorsement? Oh, I thought I passed. No, you failed it twice. The inop brake could be seen from above. Front axle Ubolts were also loose. OOS. @HaltonPolice ^MD
