If you play D1 you’re a stud. If you play D2 you’re a stud. If you play D3 you’re a stud. If you play NAIA you’re a stud. If you play at a JUCO you’re a stud. ONLY 7% OF HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES become college athletes, it doesn’t matter what level you’re at. Be proud, BE GRATEFUL!!

“If I were deciding between two recruits, one plays multiple sports and the other baseball only, I’d go with the multi-sport athlete all day even if he’s a step behind in baseball. Multi-sport athletes know how to compete in different ways.” -Cliff Godwin @cgodwin23

🗣”The reality is there’s D3 players that can play D1 baseball, and there’s D1 baseball players that should be playing D3 ... I think it’s really being comfortable with who you are, what you do & how you wanna do it.” -@TimCorbin HC @VandyBoys- Quote in clip ... Take a listen!👇

As a senior in high school, Billy Wagner was 5’5, 135 pounds and got zero attention from D1 schools. He played his college ball at *D3* Ferrum College and went on to become a 7x MLB All-Star with 400 career saves. It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish. #Development

“That lack of fear of screwing up allows you to just grow and get better. To take chances. Not be afraid to make a mistake. Just work, learn from it and move on.” -Don Mattingly on his youth sport experience

When you see a sports parent sitting alone at their kid’s game it doesn’t always mean they’re antisocial . It often means they’re intentionally staying away from the drama and trash-talk happening among other sports parents! 😬

🗣”There’s D-2 teams right here in my backyard I don’t wanna play. They throw their best guy, hell, they can definitely beat us there’s no doubt in my mind ... There are Junior College teams that have as much talent as we have.” -Gary Gilmore HC @CoastalBaseball- Take a listen!👇

🗣“Today’s baseball players throw the ball harder & hit the ball farther than anybody ever has...But in terms of ability to win a game, be a part of a team, understand WINNING BASEBALL, they literally have no idea.” -@TCUSchloss HC @TCU_Baseball- Quote in clip...Take a listen!👇
