You're arguing with communists, their entire ideology is that management, leadership, planning and capital have no value. Admitting Elon is the crucial element is admitting their ideology is wrong.
guys don't overreact... in NY first degree murder is unlike most other states that require pre-meditation. In NY first degree means involving terrorism or killing a govt official (police etc.).
2nd degree murder is pre-meditated murder in NY.
I've had religious people tell me I can't be moral because whats stopping me from stealing and killing... and I'm like wtf, the only thing stopping you is your belief in hell?!?
