Great news today with the announcement from the @EIB and 🇪🇺Commission that €2.5 billion from the EUETS will go to supporting 51 projects across 11 Member States via the Modernisation Fund — boosting energy efficiency in energy, industry and transport, and cutting GHG emissions.

Good to meet Rositsa Karamfilova-Blagova, 🇧🇬 Bulgaria's new Minister of Environment and Water. Their increased battery storage capacity is truly impressive. We also discussed the review of the Emission Trading System.
