When I did a mental health training, the trainers mentioned PTSD only in the context of first responders and veterans. Trauma can happen anytime to anyone!!

This lil guy routinely gives me a heart attack whenever I take my eyes off him when he's in the yard. (He learned to open the gate and if I take too long letting him inside or if something is in the way like one of his sisters, he will go stand at the front door 🙄🙄)
