Effective date: 21 January 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nex Computer LLC (“Nex,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites, sign up for updates, or place a NexPhone reservation deposit ($199) or waitlist hold ($1) (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

If you have questions, contact us at support @nexphone.com

1) Information We Collect

A) Information you provide

Depending on what you do on our site, we may collect:

  • Contact details: name, email address, country (and optionally phone number if you provide it)

  • Account details (if you create an account): login credentials and basic profile info

  • Customer support: messages you send us and any information you choose to include

B) Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, PayPal and/or card processors). We typically receive limited payment information such as payment confirmation, transaction ID, payment status, and other details the provider makes available to us. We do not store full card numbers.

C) Automatically collected information

When you use our Services, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and basic interaction data

  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for site functionality, security, and analytics (see Section 5)

2) How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

  • Provide the Services: create and manage reservations/waitlist entries, send confirmation emails, and provide account access

  • Communicate with you: send updates about reservation/waitlist status, product availability, and next steps to complete checkout (if applicable)

  • Customer support: respond to requests and troubleshoot issues

  • Security and fraud prevention: protect accounts and transactions and prevent abuse

  • Improve our website: understand site performance and improve content and user experience

  • Legal compliance: comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms

3) How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

  • Payment processors (e.g., PayPal) to process transactions

  • Service providers that help us operate the Services (e.g., email delivery, hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, customer support tools)

  • Authorized resellers/distributors (limited cases): If you joined a reseller-market waitlist, we may share limited information needed to facilitate local availability updates (typically name, email, country, and waitlist status). We do not share payment details with resellers.

  • Legal and safety: if required by law, court order, or to protect Nex, our customers, or the public

  • Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets (information may be transferred as part of that transaction)

Sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the purpose described.

4) Reservation & Waitlist Communications

If you place a reservation deposit or waitlist hold, we will send transactional emails (e.g., confirmations, receipts, next-step instructions, status updates). These are required to provide the Services.

If we send marketing emails (e.g., newsletters), you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails.

5) Cookies and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential site functions: security, fraud prevention, and session/cart functionality

  • Analytics: to understand how visitors use our site and to improve performance and content

Google Analytics 4 and Enhanced Measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure website traffic and usage patterns. GA4 may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP address), device/browser information, and interaction data.

We have GA4’s Enhanced Measurement features enabled, which means GA4 may automatically collect certain interaction events (for example, scrolls, outbound link clicks, site search, file downloads, or video engagement), depending on our configuration and your browser settings.

We use GA4 to produce aggregated reports and insights about site usage. We do not use GA4 for ad retargeting on other websites.

Your choices: You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics by using Google’s opt-out tools where available.

6) Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to:

  • provide the Services (including managing your reservation/waitlist),

  • comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax, accounting, and fraud prevention),

  • resolve disputes, and

  • enforce our agreements.

If you cancel your reservation/waitlist or request deletion (where applicable), we will delete or de-identify information unless we must keep it for legal or legitimate business purposes.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8) Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you,

  • correct inaccurate information,

  • request deletion of certain information,
