Parents' guide to opening an account

When using the Online Store for the first time you will be asked to set up an account.  If you are using the store primarily to purchase goods and services on someone elses behalf, we ask that you set up the account in their name.

This makes the distribution or provision of goods and services much easier.

If you have 2 people studying at the College at the same time, please could you set up an account for each child to avoid confusion.

Parent's guide to purchasing items on the Online Store

To register on the Online Store:

Click on the ‘My Account’ button of the online store homepage

Click the ‘click here’ link highlighted in Red under the New Customer Section

Fill in the fields on the Register New Account Page and start shopping

In an attempt to make things as simple as possible when buying clothing from the store, we now offer Departmental Clothing tabs (listed under the 'Clothing' section). You can add as many items to your basket as you like before completing purchase, by coming out of the basket once you have added your first item, then searching out your second item and adding that, etc.

By clicking on the relevant Starter Kit tab, you can then shop from a list of recommended garments, per department. You can add as many items as you like to the shopping basket before completing purchase.

If you are purchasing a course or a trip and wish to pay more than one instalment. You can add one instalment to your basket and then search for the second payment (either using the search bar, or by finding it via the product menu) before adding it to your basket and completing payment.
