Every scientist who studies aging should read and understand this paper. If it holds true we have to rethink how we approach the development of therapies that increase maximum lifespan in humans.

Matts journey that started with extending yeast lifespan led him to a point where he can show that aging is malleable in dogs. The Dog Aging Project is too important to not be funded, as it is a stepping stone to towards slowing aging in humans. Support letters to @NIHDirector

Would be great to see if some of these people live > 122 years. We know that the aging process is malleable and can be modulated through lifestyle and pharmacology, the next big question is if and how we can impact maximum lifespan, or if the limit is indeed ~120 years of age.

The 1st VitaDAO Conference in Zuzalu was a memorable event, and I was glad to participate. Especially the mix of avantgarde people, combined with the landscape and ocean of Montenegro was a wonderful experience. Wishing @vitadao a successful event in the tropics.
