    RHETT LOWDER- RHP Wake Forest Great story if perseverance. HS- 72 mph as junior, 85 as senior. Went to Wake because “no one else wanted me”. Pitch-ability off the charts. Developed with help of coaching & @WakePitchingLab. Tons of awards in college & Top 10 @MLBDraft

    I’m heartbroken 💔. Mom passed away unexpectedly this morning. Gotta take care of Dad. 50+ years of marriage. Life is short. Tell your family you love them daily.

    Hey @jaegersports I’m sure many HS pitchers are in this situation right now. Finishing season have 3-4 weeks prior to summer travel. Shutdown? Keep throwing? Throw but no pens? Keep going? Workload in spring? Probably a good time for some education. Quick thoughts?

    INFIELD GLOVE SERIES(vary turf,dirt,grass) 10 barehand & paddle (middle) 10 short glove (each mid,fore,back) 10 regular glove (each m,f,b) 10 regular glove standing (each) Mix in weight on glove,footwork, transfer simulations. Min 100 reps daily for 3 weeks. @TopPreps

    PITCHERS It is your responsibility to keep up with your throwing workload. You have to throw outside of team practices or off days also. It’s your arm and your career. @jaegersports @tomhouse @FlatgroundApp
