- The Govt notified me this week that STC has had some of their planning rights revoked until their performance improves. The changes made mean that those submitting an application can send it directly to the Planning Inspectorate who will make a decision, by-passing STC. ❌🏘️I have long raised concerns about local planning processes. 🤦♀️ You can read my column about that subject, from 2023, here:
